At Blossom of Tet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the flowers you receive are damaged or of poor quality, you can request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Flowers must be reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Return Process

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items.
